Powderface Willow (Salix commutata ‘Powderface’) is a dense, attractive, upright shrub prized for its striking powder blue foliage that adds a cool, silvery tone to the landscape. This Wolf Willow cultivar features small catkins in late summer that persist on hairy grey branches throughout winter, providing extended seasonal interest.
